The payment method for new build is:

- 30% at the time of granting the building permit (purchase of plot and start of construction)
- 25% after completion of the structure.
- 17% upon completion of the external enclosures.
- 18% until the completion of pliers in kitchen and bathrooms.
- 2% at the end of the work and delivery of the keys.
